TERMS and CONDITIONS
1. Payment
1.1 Online payments are processed securely using PayPal.
1.2 All major credit and debit cards in addition to 1.1 are accepted forms of
payment.
2. Privacy
2.1 Your contact and personal details will be kept by us for future mailings and news. If you do not wish to receive these, please make a note in the “special requirements” box during the order process.
2.2 You may opt out of receiving emails at any time by contacting us or clicking the unsubscribe link in the email.
2.3 Your financial details are not stored by us. For more information, please read our Privacy Policy document.
2.4 We will not pass on or sell your details to any third parties.
3. Transport and Delivery
3.1 Small item orders are usually dispatched within 7 working days after payment has cleared.
3.2 Larger item orders are delivered by a specialist courier service. This service may take approximately 21 days for delivery.
3.3 For items delivered by driver-only courier, please ensure someone is available to assist the driver for heavy items requiring more than one person to lift. Please also note deliveries are to ground floor only. For larger items e.g. wardrobes please ensure your purchase(s) will pass through doorways, up stairs, etc. prior to ordering.
3.4 Immediately upon delivery please carefully check all items prior to signing the delivery note. In the unlikely event of damage please record details of the defect on the paperwork for the courier who will take the item back to the warehouse. We will arrange for a replacement at no extra cost.
3.5 Once items have been signed for we no longer will be held liable for any loss or damage.
3.6 The cost of delivery is shown within the delivery costing section.
4. Cancellation of Orders
4.1 You may cancel your order within 7 days.
4.2 Cancellations after 7 days may be possible (at our discretion) and, if agreed, on return you will be issued with a credit note to the value of the goods (see clause 5 below).
4.3 In the event of any cancellation (see 4.1 above) you will be refunded in full within 30 days. For items dispatched, once returned with defects, a refund will take place within 30 days.
5. Returns and Refunds
5.1 Should you change your mind about a purchase simply return the item within 28 days of receipt. The item should be returned undamaged and in its original packaging by post or arrange for a courier for larger items (see 4 above).
5.2 Please note carriage should be arranged including compensation insurance as we will not be responsible for any items damaged in transit while being returned to us. A restocking charge of 20% (of the value of the item(s)) will be charged for returned items.
5.3 You will be personally responsible for the cost of postage or courier for returns.
6. Availability
6.1 Whilst we make every effort to carry sufficient stock there may be occasions when items may be unavailable. In this unlikely event you will be notified once the order is received together with an availability date. The item will be dispatched when it is available.
6.2 Should you prefer to cancel the order, a refund will be made (see 5 above).
